Noble bowls are built to last. Designed to withstand the wear and tear of restaurant use and they're dishwasher-safe. 

Each plate starts as a clay slab. We cut it down to size and mold the rim by hand, creating a distinctive bullnose contour unique to our studio and the maker's hand. After a week of setting we fire, glaze, and re-fire the plate. Finally, one of our master craftspeople carefully inspect each piece to make sure we ship only the most exceptional specimens.
