Ordering & Shipping

How will my goods be delivered?

UPS

How long will my order take to ship?

All orders placed during the week are processed and shipped via UPS Ground by noon on Friday. Delivery typically takes up to 4 days after your package has shipped, depending on your location.

Can I rush an order?

In most cases, no, but feel free to reach out. If we have pieces in stock or in production, we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

At the moment we only ship internationally to our Hospitality Clients

Can i change the delivery address of my order later?

If you send us an email at info@nobleplateware.com BEFORE Friday of that week, Yes. Please provide new address and receiver information in the email.

If i order more than one item will it be delivered at the same time.

Yes, You may receive multiple packages depending on the size of your order, but they all leave the studio at the same time.

Product & Care

Is your dinnerware dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, all Noble dinnerware is dishwasher and microwave safe. That said, we recommend gentle cycles and avoiding extreme temperature changes for longevity.

Are your glazes food safe?

Absolutely. All of our glazes are non-toxic and food safe, made in-house and tested for durability and are California Prop 65 certified.

Will the pieces look exactly like the photos?

Not exactly—and that’s the point. Each piece is made by hand, so there will be slight variations in shape, glaze, and texture. We see these differences as part of the beauty of working with clay and natural materials.

Do your plates stack?

Heck yeah they do! We take extra pride in the way our handmade pieces stack. This is where we show off our craft skillz.

Can Noble pottery be used in the oven?

Though we have slime clients that swear it can be- we DO NOT recommend it, and dont guarantee the plates if they break due to thermal shock.

Will sharp utensils damage the glaze?

Occasionally, certain flatware will leave cutlery marks. Buffing the surface of the plate with a product like BAR KEEPERS FRIEND should get them right back to new.
